HKIS strives to promote international technology transfer projects in Shenzhen and the southern areas. The main projects are BIP, CIEP, etc.
ITTN made its debut at BIP Asia 2014 opening ceremony
The 5th Business of IP Asia Forum was co-organized by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong Design Centre. The forum had invited CY LEUNG, Chief Executive, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Ms. WANG Binying, Deputy Director, World Intellectual Property Organization; Mr. ZHAO Zhibin, Director, State Intellectual Property Office Of The PRC; and Mr. Antony Taubman, Director of Intellectual Property Department, World Trade Organization, to attend the opening ceremony.
China-US Academic Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Conference (Shenzhen)
On 13th July, 2016, ITTN organized the China-US Academic Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Conference (Shenzhen) which was held at T4 Terminal Building, TianAn Cyberpark, Longgang, Shenzhen. This event was received the greatest supporting from Shenzhen Longgang Government and Shenzhen Longgang Longcheng Government. There are numbers of international and national attending the event, such as: 13 technology transfer experts from Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), principals of China / US universities and several governmental leaders included Mr. HOU Hai, Deputy District Mayor, Shenzhen Longgang Government, Mr. LI Ning, Director, Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts and Ms. YAN Li, Director, Shenzhen Technology Transfer Promotion Center.
Ms. LAW Yee Ping, Chief Representative, ITTN South China and Hong Kong Center, together with HKIS, worked cohesively with Space Holding (Shenzhen) Co., LTD and Sp@ce•COMP@SS. Mr. John ZHANG conferred the plaque of ITTN South China Center to Mr. LIU Aiming, Chairman, Space Holding (Shenzhen) Co., LTD.
All entities would treat Shenzhen as the base in order to build up the South China Center of international technology transfer. And the center will connect with the countries with advanced technology included America, Germany, England, Korea, etc. This can provide the service for upgrading of small and medium sized manufacturing companies in Pearl Delta River.
